Roller blinds only need an occasional wipe down with a soft, dry cloth or a light vacuum with a brush attachment to remove dust. Plantation shutters can be dusted with a microfibre cloth or feather duster, and PVC shutters can be wiped with a damp cloth, ideal for bathrooms and kitchens.

Avoid harsh chemicals on timber shutters. A few minutes every month or two keeps them looking new for years.
